Government Investigations & White Collar Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in government investigations and white collar defense matters
• Aid in criminal defense and complex civil litigation matters
• Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex enforcement and fraud issues
• Defend clients in government investigations, enforcement actions, and related civil fraud litigation
• Respond to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and other government requests
• Assist with grand jury proceedings, trial preparation, and appellate matters
• Work directly with clients to develop strategic and practical legal solutions

Who You Are

• 3rd–5th year associate
• Experience in government investigations, criminal defense, and/or civil litigation
• Experience defending government investigations or enforcement matters preferred
• Federal judicial clerkship strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding client service
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Compensation

Salary Range: $190,000 – $235,000 (DOE)
