Government and Public Sector - Service Delivery Center - Microsoft Technical Lead
About the role
The Government & Public Sector practice of Ernst & Young provides consulting and audit services to help federal, state, local, and education clients implement new ideas to achieve their mission outcomes. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS), delivering project-based work and managed services to federal clients. The Digital Engineering practice is transforming organizations through innovative digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Application integration, quality assurance, software development
- Technology business requirements analysis
- Lead solution deployments
- Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
- Utilizing JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
- Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- 8+ years of related experience
- Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience integrating with external systems
- Experience in application integration and software development proficiency
- Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
- JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies

Pay
$142,600 to $261,500 base salary range for all geographic locations in the US, and $171,200 to $297,200 for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
Schedule
Most people in external, client serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
