Government and Public Sector - Service Delivery Center - Microsoft Senior Developer
About the role
The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). Our Digital Engineering practice is helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose-led transformation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs
- Designing and developing user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience
- Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives
- Actively participate in the design of software components. Use experience to help translate requirements into technical design and tasks
- Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
- Aid in providing estimates on assigned tasks
- Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable
- Analyze and fix moderate to complex problems during development and support. Document and communicate results appropriately
- Participate in white-boarding sessions and impact analysis and explore methods and tools to improve the overall development process
- Learns new client information quickly, and translates data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
- Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience integrating with external systems

To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree, be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance, and have 5+ years of relevant experience. Additionally, you must have extensive knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and experience integrating with external systems.
Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
