Government and Public Sector - Service Delivery Center - Microsoft Technical Lead

About the role

The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS) of Ernst & Young. It comprises high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to federal clients. The Digital Engineering practice is focused on solving complex problems through purpose-led transformation.

Responsibilities

• Technology business requirements analysis
• Lead solution deployments
• Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
• Utilizing JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
• Coaching and developing junior team members

Manager-level responsibilities

• Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
• Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

To qualify for the role

• Bachelor's degree
• Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
• 8+ years of related experience
• Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
• Experience integrating with external systems
• Experience in application integration and software development proficiency
• Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
• JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
