Duties
- Work location: 2 days onsite in Atlanta office
- Coordinate initiation of immigration cases with employees, managers, and immigration counsel
- Track case progress, milestones, and required documentation
- Maintain case records and status updates
- Support employee communications throughout the immigration process
- Escalate risks, delays, and urgent work authorization issues
- Support domestic and international relocation activities
- Care for relocation service initiations and vendor engagement
- Monitor mobility requests and case status
- Maintain mobility tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation
- Aid employees and managers with mobility-related questions
- Track vendor service issues and follow through to resolution
- Monitor service-level commitments and case progress
- Document employee feedback and recurring trends
- Support data transfer, documentation, and process coordination activities
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Legal, and external providers to ensure smooth case execution
Skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Customer-service mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
