Global Mobility Specialist
About the role
The Global Mobility & Immigration Program is a critical function within the People organization, supporting a growing workforce across 6+ countries. We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to be the operational backbone of a program we are actively building.
Responsibilities
Own the intake infrastructure, case workflows and vendor coordination that will define how immigration and mobility works here.
Own a high-impact portfolio of 300+ immigration cases and 50+ international relocations, using data and AI to drive improvements in speed, quality, and cost.
Support our rotation and mobility program, overseeing the complete lifecycle of international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations.
Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes, managing vendor relationships, and defining operational KPIs like time-to-file and cost-per-matter.
Own the intake process for immigration, short-term assignments, and relocations, while building and maintaining the workflows, trackers, and Jira-based systems that keep the program running.
Leverage AI tools actively to automate repetitive case workflows, draft communications at scale, and translate regulatory updates into manager-ready guidance.
Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks for new markets.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in corporate immigration and global mobility, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of designing scalable programs that connect strategy to execution.
Systems-oriented mindset and the ability to build playbooks that enable repeatable, complex work to run reliably with autonomy.
Genuine AI fluency, currently using tools to scale communication and automate workflows rather than as a future aspiration.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate legal nuance into business-aligned options for employees and managers.
Qualifications
Nice to have experience building AI-assisted workflows (e.g., automated RFE drafting or status digests).
Experience with international relocations, tax equalization, and secondment compliance.
Background in high-growth tech, including multi-country expansions and M&A integration.
Skills
Deep technical immigration expertise.
Strong program management instincts.
Ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows.
Excellent communication skills.
