About the Role
Join KLA's Global Mobility team in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and help employees successfully navigate immigration and relocation in the U.S. and worldwide. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you'll support high-volume casework, problem-solving, and help people achieve their career goals.
Responsibilities
- Support global mobility in the U.S. and Americas for immigration, relocation, and international assignment administration.
- Track and oversee the high-volume immigration process, including reporting, authorizations, and process management.
- Liaise with HR regional teams and business to ensure compliance with country regulations, such as social security, prevailing wage, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Facilitate an efficient and accurate visa preparation and application process by working with legal vendors to streamline processes and ensure timely deliverables.
- Serve as a project team member on initiatives to improve processes and internal customer experience.
- Build subject matter expertise in assigned countries.
- Act as a liaison with relocation vendors for relocation administration.
- Provide intermittent coverage for team members.
- Maintain and create SOPs for documents and processes.
- Triage volume requests for coverage and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international studies, human resources, business administration, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated interest in working cross-culturally.
- Ability to self-direct work, prioritize competing assignments, and drive assignments to timely completion in a high-volume workflow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in immigration casework.
Pay
Base pay range: $55,600.00 - $94,500.00 annually.
