Global Equity Manager

Role Overview

A Manager in Global Mobility Services is responsible for managing client expectations and service delivery related to international assignees, local hires, and cross-border employees. They coordinate client meetings, develop and deliver presentations, and analyze global tax calculations for payroll reporting and incentive compensation. The role includes assisting with risk management procedures, developing equity-based compensation courses, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of experience in expatriate tax, incentive compliance, or related fields such as global compensation, employment tax, or corporate taxation
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Professional certifications such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent
• Extensive knowledge of equity-based awards, incentive compensation administration, and tax technicalities
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff
