Global Equity Manager

About the role

The Manager, Global Equity is responsible for managing client expectations and service delivery to corporate clients with international assignees and cross‑border employees. The role assists with risk management procedures, coordinates client meetings, develops and delivers presentations, and analyzes global tax calculations related to payroll reporting and incentive compensation. Additionally, the manager contributes to developing and teaching equity‑based compensation courses for professionals in international mobility.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
• Coordinate internal risk management and compliance processes.
• Conduct client meetings and develop professional presentations.
• Perform global tax analysis related to international payroll and incentives.
• Support training and development of equity compensation courses.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in expatriate tax, incentives, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation, equity sourcing, and tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Experience advising on global incentive compensation and equity awards.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff.
