Global Equity Manager

Role Overview The Manager, Global Equity, is responsible for managing client expectations and service delivery to corporate clients with international and cross-border employees. They assist with risk management procedures, coordinate client meetings, and develop presentations. The role involves analyzing global tax calculations related to payroll reporting and incentive compensation, as well as contributing to the development and teaching of equity-based compensation courses for professionals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of recent experience in expatriate tax, incentive compliance, or related fields such as global compensation, employment tax, or corporate taxation.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field; professional credentials like CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent preferred.Extensive experience with equity-based awards, incentive compensation administration, and tax technical compliance.Ability to supervise and mentor staff, with strong analytical and client management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage delivery of services for international assignees and cross-border employees.Assist with engagement agreements and internal risk procedures.Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations.Perform global tax analysis related to payroll and incentive compensation.Contribute to training and development of equity compensation courses.
