Global Equity Manager

About the role

A Manager in Global Mobility Services is responsible for managing client expectations and service delivery related to international assignees, local hires, and cross‑border employees. The role involves coordinating client meetings, developing and delivering presentations, analyzing global tax calculations on payroll and incentive compensation, and assisting in developing and teaching equity‑based compensation courses. It also includes internal risk management, such as engagement and agreement processes with other firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and service delivery for international assignees, local hires, and cross‑border employees.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings.
• Develop and deliver presentations on global mobility topics.
• Analyze global tax calculations on payroll and incentive compensation.
• Assist in developing and teaching equity‑based compensation courses.
• Perform internal risk management, including engagement and agreement processes with other firms.

Qualifications

• At least five years of recent experience in expatriate tax, global compensation, incentive compliance, or related areas such as benefits, corporate taxation, or mobility tax consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of equity awards and incentive administration.
• Strong tax technical expertise.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
