Global Equity Manager

About the role

The Manager, Global Equity is responsible for managing client expectations and delivering services related to international employee compensation and tax compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team, engage in multifaceted projects, and contribute to innovative tax solutions within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements involving cross-border employees and international assignees
• Coordinate client meetings and develop presentations for internal and external audiences
• Analyze global tax calculations for payroll reporting and incentive compensation
• Assist in developing and teaching courses on equity-based compensation for International Executive Services professionals
• Support internal risk management procedures and engagement processes with KPMG member firms

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience in expatriate tax, global compensation, or incentive compliance
• Expertise in equity-based awards, incentive administration, and corporate tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of global tax laws, benefits strategies, and mobility tax consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff, with excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills
