Global Director of BSS Downstream Filtration
Lead a team of Bioprocess Sales Specialist
Drive sales process through the territory managers to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for the downstream filtration technologies, including TangenX® flat-sheet cassettes, Spectrum® Hollow Fiber modules and benchtop/pilot scale TFF systems.
Lead and build strategic plans
Drive and build strategic plans to drive opportunities for downstream filtration solutions.
Lead sales process
Drive sales process through the territory managers to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for the OPUS platform.
Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Chromatography is required.
Develop and execute a Global management plan
Develop and execute a Global management plan in close collaboration with Bioprocess Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Director and the Global BSS Leaders.
Key Account Relationships
Conduct sales negotiations with technical and planning
Establish and maintain Strategic Key Account relationships
Develop new target accounts across the territory
Customer Advocacy
Develop and support customers as they move through the clinical pipeline from lab-scale to full process scale solutions
Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting with a market leading CRM tool
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- A minimum of a BSc degree in a relevant scientific subject
- A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience of people leadership in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries
- A strong understanding of Filtration and Chromatography knowledge and the entire bioprocessing workflow is important
- Proven successful sales track record of sales and developing new business
- Proven ability to build mutually beneficial, personable, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and partners

Pay and Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $178,000- $230,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
