Lead strategic engagement with complex, high-value global customers, driving revenue growth, strengthening executive relationships, and expanding footprint across enterprise data center and IT environments. Extensive travel (40–70%) is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global account strategies for key enterprise customers in the data center and IT space.
- Identify, pursue, and close large, complex deals across multiple geographies and business units.
- Drive consistent revenue growth, pipeline development, and account expansion within assigned global accounts.
- Partner with executive stakeholders on the client side to align solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships across global customer organizations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for top-tier accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product, operations) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and/or sales professionals.
- Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent where applicable.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to architect solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Lead complex negotiations, contract structuring, and deal governance.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Comply with all OSHA and company safety policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions or practices to supervision to ensure prompt resolution.
- Attend scheduled safety training.
- Support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed safety goals.
- Recommend improved safety practices.
- Practice safe work habits and proper use of equipment and PPE.
- Support and comply with the company’s Integrated Management System, aligning with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility by following established IMS procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on global accounts within the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure space.
- Engineering or technical background (degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large, complex global accounts.
- Demonstrated experience closing high-value, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Prior experience leading and managing sales teams, with measurable success in driving performance.
- Must be able to travel approximately 40–70% of the time.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, cloud services, or related technologies.
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Established network within enterprise IT and data center buyer communities.
- Strategic thinking and long-term account planning capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including virtual meetings and presentations.
- Frequent travel (approximately 40–70%), including air travel, driving, and extended periods away from home.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings at customer sites, offices, and industry events, which may require standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual platforms.
- Occasional lifting of materials such as laptops, presentation equipment, or marketing materials (up to 25 lbs).
- Regular use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and mobile devices.
- Work environment is primarily office-based or remote, with frequent visits to customer locations, conference venues, and operational sites as needed.
