GIS Cadastral Supervisor

About the role

The GIS Cadastral Supervisor is responsible for current representation of land parcels in Utah County. This includes performing higher level mapping duties and supervising and training assigned staff in a broad array of mapping and recording work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assigned staff in a broad array of mapping and recording work.
• Perform higher level mapping duties.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties.
• Field complex questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of work experience in a closely related field.
• Experience using ArcMap software.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
• Preference may be given to applicants with lead or supervisory experience.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of GIS and mapping software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

• Starting Pay: Grade 728 $40.61 - $46.70 Hourly.

Schedule

• 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
