Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Drafting Teams: Manage and mentor draftsmen to ensure accurate, high-quality technical drawings and plans for infrastructure projects.
- Senior Drafting Expertise: Manage and mentor draftsmen to ensure accurate, high-quality technical drawings and plans for infrastructure projects.
- Collaboration with Professional Land Surveyors: Coordinate with surveyors and field teams to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Technology and Standards Leadership: Maintain drafting templates and standards and leverage advanced tools to optimize processes and outputs.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: 10-15 years in survey drafting, with a focus on civil and municipal projects, and significant supervisory experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS platforms, and Pipeline Networks, plus familiarity with surveying tools and technologies.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
