About the role

The Site General Manager oversees a designated travel center, ensuring it operates successfully and profitably. They are responsible for leading a team, setting goals, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management team and overall operations of the designated location
• Demonstrate professionalism and inspire the team to do the same
• Build and maintain a strong leadership team
• Coach and teach team members about customer service principles
• Identify and recruit management-level talent
• Monitor key performance indicators and address customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement programs to recognize outstanding customer service
• Lead the team in maintaining and safeguarding company assets
• Forecast and manage site results within budget
• Develop a succession plan and provide development opportunities

Requirements

• A High School Diploma (or GED)
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with proven positive results
• Proficient in planning and analytical skills, able to achieve positive financial results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational understanding of POS software
• Maintain a valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage and acceptable driving record

Pay

$80,000.00 - 85,000.00 annually
