About the role

The Site General Manager oversees a designated travel center, responsible for coaching and leading the site in operating a successful and profitable location. This role involves supervising the management team, ensuring safety, and managing various profit centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management team and overall operations of the designated location
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor and inspire the team to do the same
• Build and maintain a strong, dynamic leadership team
• Identify and recruit management-level talent
• Review and advise on staffing levels
• Monitor key performance indicators and address customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement programs to recognize outstanding customer service
• Lead the team in maintaining and safeguarding company assets
• Manage location operations within budget constraints
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
• Forecast site results and achieve budgeted EBITDA

Requirements

• An inspirational leader with a proven track record of positive results
• A High School Diploma (or GED) with an Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proficient in planning and analytical skills to achieve positive financial results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational understanding of POS software
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance coverage and acceptable driving record

Qualifications

• Ability to perform non-management functions as needed
• Experience in restaurant brands management
• Completion of lead certification requirements
• Completion of required training within 90 days

Pay

$75,000.00 - 80,000.00 annually
