General Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead Thompson Pipe's operations in Rialto, overseeing all aspects of the business including production, sales, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Manage relationships with key clients and suppliers.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Pay

$210,000 - $210,000 annually.
