Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team
• Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
• Conduct performance reviews and wage increases
• Perform performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
• Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence
• Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards
