Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Drive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment.
- Execute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize business results and meet or exceed dealership goals.
- Coach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth.
- Provide leadership and direction across dealership operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Cook regular team meetings focused on performance, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
- General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or other operational leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results.
