General Manager

Job Requirements

• Motivates, directs, and coaches staff to work proficiently at their assigned stations.
• Fulfills supervisory responsibilities for all staff, including those under 18 years of age.
• Enforces and practices all Little Caesars policies and procedures.
• Ensures the restaurant meets customer needs and maintains satisfaction.
• Supports the District Manager in building sales and controlling costs.
• Trains and evaluates potential staff members.

Qualifications

• Lifts and moves up to 55 pounds.
• Reaches and moves items from 6 feet high to 6 inches off the ground.
• Safely controls and utilizes various kitchen equipment.
• Cuts through products and cleans equipment/utensils.
• Counts, separates, and weights food products and inventory items.
• Communicates effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Understands and applies mathematical skills for various tasks.
• Learns and follows all training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Drives a vehicle legally and adheres to all state and local traffic laws.
• Supervises multiple employees and motivates them to meet goals.
• Works under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Has a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building.
• Has strong management, team building, and communication skills.
• Is dependable, hardworking, and able to work a varied, 42-hour workweek.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.

Pay

$19 - $22 per hour
