• Responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions.
• Manages business, functional, or operational areas, processes, or programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading custodial or environmental services teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Leadership presence with a focus on team development, engagement, and retention.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and operational performance metrics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in facilities or healthcare environments.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management Experience: 5 years.
• Related Experience: 5 years.
