Responsibilities
- Monitoring Ski Area properties, including securing buildings, locking various doors and gates, and monitoring for fires, alarms, hazards, and other emergencies.
- Accurately documenting incidents.
- Parking lot management and liaison between the police and fire departments.
Requirements
- Security role requires regular interaction with guests and staff.
- Experience with refrigeration and CFC Certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- Security positions pay $22.00/hr. - $25.00/hr. depending on experience.
- Facilities Specialist positions pay $27.00 - $32.00/hr., based on qualifications and experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of fire protection systems.
- Ability to perform monthly inspections of elevator maintenance contractors.
- Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Compliance with state inspector requirements for boiler inspections.
- Assistance with water and wastewater plant monitoring.
- Documenting incidents and managing parking lots.
