Full-Time Registered Nurse - Clinical Risk and Patient Safety

Job Summary Seeking a Risk Management and Patient Safety Leader responsible for overseeing programs across a designated healthcare region. The role involves partnering with leadership to improve quality, enhance patient safety, and ensure compliance with regulations. The individual will act as Patient Safety Officer, managing safety event evaluation, investigation, reporting, and remediation. They will collaborate with legal and risk departments, support staff recruitment, and develop safety initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred), a valid RN license, and at least five years of clinical experience, with leadership experience highly valued. Knowledge of quality improvement, safety practices, event reporting, and root cause analysis is preferred.
