Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 43-bed Med/Surg unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree with RN licensure (minimum)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience (preferred)
• Active RN license required
