Responsibilities

  • Developing and documenting individualized care plans

Qualifications

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree with RN licensure (minimum)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience (preferred)
  • Active RN license required
