About the role
Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room at an Outpatient Surgery Center.
Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative care to surgical patients, serving as circulator and/or scrub nurse for outpatient procedures.
- Prepare operating room suites and equipment, ensuring strict adherence to sterile and safety standards.
- Monitor patients closely throughout their surgical experience, providing ongoing assessment and support.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about procedures and post-operative care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a research-driven, mission-focused healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Skills
