Full-Time Clinical Nurse

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment, managing a diverse, high-acuity patient population including neuro, transplant, orthopedic, cardiac, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine cases. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, promoting patient safety, and educating patients and families on post-treatment needs. Collaboration with the interprofessional team and proactive communication are essential. Key Duties Deliver patient and family-centered care, emphasizing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with standards of nursing care.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.Participate in professional development and new initiatives such as hybrid surgical care and regional anesthesia. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.RN license required; 2 years of ICU or Phase 1 PACU experience preferred.Critical care experience, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork orientation.
