Full-Time Clinical Nurse

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative emergency department environment. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Key responsibilities include educating patients and families, developing individualized care plans, and addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting cultural and personal values. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and medication use.Participate in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development activities.Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and communicate care plans, ensuring continuity of care.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and barriers to involvement in care.Adhere to safety protocols in a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of ED experience.Experience leading teams in emergency settings is preferred.Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
