Full Time - Night - Respiratory Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, including ABG analysis, PFTs, ventilator support, oxygen and aerosol therapy, bronchial hygiene, airway maintenance, and mechanical ventilation.
• Conduct respiratory assessments for adults and neonates, interpret diagnostic data such as CXR, ABG, and PFTs, and troubleshoot cardiopulmonary equipment.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance while demonstrating critical thinking and patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality assurance and utilize effective communication to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardio Life Support certification.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months of respiratory care experience.
• Ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests and operate cardiopulmonary equipment proficiently.
• Sensitive to diverse patient needs and capable of working under indirect supervision.
