Full-Time Dairy Queen Manager

Role Overview: This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring proper staffing, training, and adherence to company standards to meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory ordering, maintenance, and control to ensure product freshness and quality.Review received orders for accuracy, condition, and proper storage.Lead a team in stocking, production, and quality assurance, including handling spoiled or damaged items.Maintain product knowledge, including sales promotions, coupons, and special offers.Communicate and execute weekly plans, manage schedules, labor costs, and payroll.Ensure compliance with food safety and safety guidelines, taking corrective actions as needed.Develop departmental goals, monitor progress, and participate in meetings.Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department, following "Prime Time" standards.Contribute to meeting company KPIs through strategic planning and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required.Preferred two years retail experience and one year supervisory experience.Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills.Knowledge of retail operations, management systems, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable, depending on location. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
