Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead a team within a global mobility practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements related to corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, IPOs), focusing on tax, operational, and employee reward aspects, including designing post-transaction compensation and benefits processes.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, providing expert advice on compliance, technical matters, and operational strategies.
- Oversee daily project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management, and financial performance.
- Contribute to business development and participate in firm events.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and motivation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum seven years' experience in employer benefits strategies, including areas like global compensation, M&A advisory, executive compensation, mobility tax, and corporate taxation.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; law degree and professional certifications (CPA, EA, JD, MBA, etc.) are preferred.
- Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills; ability to handle multiple complex projects and foster client trust.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adaptability.
- Ideal candidates are innovative, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality advisory and operational services in a fast-paced environment.
