Role Overview The Senior Manager in Compensation & Benefits leads teams supporting clients through corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs, focusing on tax and operational aspects of employee rewards. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver advisory services on tax exposure, compliance, and post-transaction integration of compensation, benefits, and share-based programs globally.Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality service.Lead engagement teams, ensuring efficient delivery, managing risks, and overseeing project performance and financials.Participate in business development activities and contribute to external and internal presentations.Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth. Qualifications & Skills At least seven years of experience in employer benefit strategies, including global compensation, M&A advisory, executive compensation, mobility tax, and related fields.Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines; law degree or advanced certifications preferred.CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or other professional credentials are advantageous.Strong project management, client service, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects and foster client relationships.Innovative thinking, adaptability, and analytical expertise are essential.
