Role Overview Seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Compensation & Benefits practice within a global mobility team. Responsibilities include managing teams to advise clients on tax and operational aspects during corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs, with a focus on employee reward programs, compliance, and post-transaction integration. Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, deliver technical and operational expertise, and oversee project quality, risk, and financial performance. Lead engagement teams, ensure efficient service delivery, and contribute to business development activities. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of seven years’ experience in employer benefit strategies, including global compensation, equity sourcing, employment tax, M&A advisory, executive compensation, mobility tax, or corporate taxation.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; law degree preferred.Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees (MBA, FSA, CCP, CEBS, GPHR, etc.) required or within one year of obtaining them.Strong project management skills, experience leading complex multinational engagements, and client relationship expertise.Innovative, adaptable approach with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities. Key Duties Provide strategic advice on tax, compliance, and operational matters related to employee rewards during transactions and beyond.Manage client relationships, lead project teams, and ensure quality service delivery.Oversee engagement financials, risk management, and team development.Participate in business development and external/internal client presentations.
