About the role

Oversee daily clinical operations in a community health setting, providing hands-on nursing care and care coordination across primary care, behavioral health, dental, and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and care coordination across primary care, behavioral health, dental, and wellness services
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care
• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote health equity within the community
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered services in a faith-based environment

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Experience in community health or similar settings preferred
