Full Time Building Technician

Role: Maintenance Technician Location: Madison Compensation: $24–$26 per hour Schedule: Full-time, 4x10-hour days Responsibilities Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on buildings and sites, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections to ensure property compliance and appearance.Respond to emergency maintenance calls and collaborate with team members, vendors, and contractors.Operate groundskeeping equipment and handle snow removal tasks.Purchase supplies within budget and maintain safety procedures, including reading blueprints.Travel between multiple locations as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.2+ years of maintenance or repair experience preferred.Knowledge of building systems and safety protocols.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
