Full Time Building Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across multiple properties in Madison and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry repairs, conducting safety inspections, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming environments. The role involves responding to emergency calls, collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors, operating grounds maintenance equipment, and purchasing supplies within budget. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred, and knowledge of building systems. Strong communication, teamwork skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
