Full Time Building Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across multiple properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting repairs and inspections on apartment buildings, offices, and program sites.Handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.Performing preventative maintenance, safety checks, and ensuring code compliance.Responding to emergency maintenance calls and collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors.Operating grounds maintenance equipment and managing supplies within budget. Qualifications And Skills Required High school diploma or GED preferred.2+ years of maintenance or building repair experience preferred.Knowledge of building systems, blueprints, and safety procedures.Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Willingness to travel between locations.
