Full Time Building Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming environments across multiple properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus. Key Responsibilities Include Performing skilled and semi-skilled repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.Conducting preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and maintaining property appearance and code compliance.Responding to emergency maintenance calls and collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors.Operating grounds maintenance equipment, including snow removal tools.Purchasing supplies within budget and ensuring property upkeep. Qualifications And Skills Required High school diploma or GED preferred.2+ years of maintenance or repair experience preferred.Knowledge of building systems and ability to read blueprints.Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Willingness to travel between locations.
