Full Time Building Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across multiple properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus. Key Responsibilities Include Performing repairs and inspections on apartments, offices, and program sites.Handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance needs.Conducting preventative maintenance and safety checks.Maintaining property appearance, curb appeal, and ensuring code compliance.Responding to emergency maintenance calls on a rotating basis.Collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors.Operating grounds and snow removal equipment, purchasing supplies within budget. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.2+ years of maintenance or repair experience preferred.Knowledge of building systems and ability to read blueprints.Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Willingness to travel between locations.
