Responsibilities
- The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
- The Digital Concierge: Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, enhancing their convenience and security.
- The First-Line Consultant: Identify and address clients' personal or business goals with the right digital tools and banking solutions.
- The Hospitality Lead: Balance efficiency with warmth, greeting customers and ensuring everyone feels welcome and heard.
Requirements

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
- Shreveport, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador
Schedule
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change.
While the company provides reasonable notice for permanent schedule changes in accordance with state and local laws, the ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments is required.
Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift.
Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time.
Regular and consistent attendance.
