You’ll help clients navigate new tools, empower them to reach financial goals, and deliver a human‑centric experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high‑volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance‑first mindset for security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
• Digital Concierge: Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, ensuring convenience and security.
• First‑Line Consultant: Actively listen to uncover personal or business goals and match clients with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Hospitality Lead: Greet customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and balance high‑volume efficiency with community‑focused service.
• Support surrounding branches within a 50‑mile radius and occasionally assist other locations in the broader region.
• Maintain flexible availability, including nights and weekends, with the ability to adapt to schedule changes.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification (basic).
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience (basic).
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience (basic).
• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• 2 + years of retail or customer‑facing experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in G‑Suite (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred).

Pay

Full‑time annual salary ranges (by location):

• Southampton, NY: $51,542 – $54,600
• Speonk, NY: $51,542 – $54,600
• Other locations: salary range based on local market and reflected in the offer letter.

Schedule

This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with hours and days subject to change. Employees must be able to attend required training sessions that may differ from the primary shift. Travel to nearby branches within a 50‑mile radius may be required.
