Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high-volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy; maintain a “compliance-first” mindset ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
• The Digital Concierge: Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, helping them gain convenience and security in their daily financial lives.
• The First-Line Consultant: Identify personal or business goals through active listening and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions to help customers succeed.
• The Hospitality Lead: Greet customers and ensure no one ever feels like just a “number,” balancing the efficiency of a high-volume operation with the warmth of a community-focused partner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Clinton, MD: $48,048

Actual annualized salary will be reflected in the candidate’s offer letter and is subject to the pay range associated with the specific location.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule including weekends; hours and days subject to change
• Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
• Attendance at all required training sessions, which may differ from the primary shift
• Regular and consistent attendance

Essential Functions

• Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50-mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
• Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time
