Full Time Branch Ambassador - Eastern Maryland (North Cluster)
Capital One · Clarksville, MD · 1 mo ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Welcome to the future of banking...". We need to use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions, duplicated lines, etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's parse content:
Intro: "Welcome to the future of banking. At Capital One, we believe your bank should be as mobile, intuitive, and human as the rest of your life. We are reimagining the way people interact with their money by creating community hubs where technology meets human empathy. As a Branch Ambassador, you are the heartbeat of our space. You don't just "process transactions"—you embody our culture of outstanding hospitality. You are a relationship-builder who blends friendly, attentive service with cutting-edge digital innovation. Whether you’re helping a client navigate our latest tools or empowering them to reach their financial goals, you are the face of an exceptional, human-centric experience. We are looking for curious, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals who thrive in a fast-moving environment. You are someone who doesn't wait to be asked; you anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and have a genuine passion for helping people thrive in an evolving digital world."
That's about the role. Could be "About the role" heading.
Then "What You’ll Actually Do" with subpoints: The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy, The Digital Concierge, The First-Line Consultant, The Hospitality Lead. Those are responsibilities. So we can have a Responsibilities section with list items.
Then "What You Bring" with bullet points: Hospitality Heart, Tech Fluency, Precision and Detail, Adaptability, Curiosity. Those are qualifications/skills. Could be Requirements or Qualifications or Skills. We'll decide.
Then "Why Join Us?" with mission statement etc. Could be Benefits? Actually it's about culture, not benefits. Could be "About the role" again? Might be "Why Join Us?" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could map "Why Join Us?" to Benefits? Not exactly. But we could include a section "Benefits" for the perks later. "Why Join Us?" is more about culture and mission; maybe we can incorporate into About the role or omit? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We can decide to not include a separate heading for Why Join Us if we can incorporate its content elsewhere (maybe in About the role). But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can't omit it. So we need to include that content somewhere. Could put it under About the role as a paragraph.
Then "The Perks" with list of benefits: Day 1 coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescriptions, plus Flexible Spending Accounts, Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Education Assistance Matching 401(k) contribution up to 7.5% Paid Parental Leave Mental Health support Back-up Child or Elder Care And much more! That's benefits. So we need a Benefits section with list.
Then "Essential Functions (Included, But Not Limited To)" includes: Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with hours and days subject to change. While the company provides reasonable notice for permanent schedule changes in accordance with state and local laws, the ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments is required. Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift. Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time Regular and consistent attendance. This is schedule and maybe requirements. Could be Schedule section (flexible schedule, weekends) and maybe Requirements (lifting, attendance). We'll need to decide.
Then "Basic Qualifications": High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience
"Preferred Qualifications": Associate’s degree 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience Proficient in G-Suite Strong written and oral communication skills
Then after that there's "After you apply" etc which is application instructions; we should remove.
Then salary info: "The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location." Then list of locations with same salary $48,048 - $48,048 (so fixed). Then note about other locations. This is Pay section. We need to include Pay section with that info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove.
Now we need to decide sections:
- About the role: include introductory paragraph plus maybe "Why Join Us?" content.
- Responsibilities: list of four bullet points (Guardian of Trust & Accuracy, Digital Concierge, First-Line Consultant, Hospitality Lead) with their descriptions.
- Requirements: maybe Basic Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We could put Basic Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could combine into Skills? Let's see.
We also have Skills: maybe "Tech Fluency", "Precision and Detail", etc from "What You Bring". Those are skills/attributes. Could be Skills section.
We have Benefits: list of perks.
We have Pay: salary info.
We have Schedule: from Essential Functions: flexible schedule, weekends, ability to adapt, training schedule, etc. Also lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods, regular attendance. Those could be under Requirements or Schedule? The schedule heading is for schedule info; we can put flexible schedule, weekends, etc there. The lifting and attendance could be under Requirements (physical requirements). We'll decide.
Thus sections:
