Responsibilities
- Supports FLC Senior Leadership in collaboration with the Contracts and Program Administrator.
- Maintains and monitors contract processing and execution.
- Prepares necessary documents for new or renewed contracts as required by private and governmental contractors.
- Updates records of all correspondence related to contract activity.
- Maintains a file for each contract to include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
- Performs contract closure activities as needed.
- Updates and monitors Teams Contract Tracking folder.
- Maintains e-file on Certificates of Liability Insurance, business licenses, and all documents required for contract award or renewal.
- Coordinates with insurance representatives in claim filing and monitoring of COI’s for contractors.
- Works with Program Directors to ensure renewal of the contracts.
- Maintains Iron Mountain Records Management including file preparation and recording for archiving, retrieval, and destruction. Maintain electronic documentation of stored records.
- Performs general office machine maintenance and management of postage meters at all sites.
- Maintains general office supplies.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in business related work with a willingness to learn.
- A detail oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Dedication to completing projects.
