Fulfillment Supervisor
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office in El Paso, Texas.
About the role
Regal is seeking an energetic leader as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor for our growing business. In this key role within our Fulfillment Center network, you will manage and provide daily supervision to team members, focusing on operational activities such as safety, pick, pack & ship, receiving, execution of our Continuous Improvement process (RBS – Regal Business System), hourly team member development, inventory management, and hiring. The opportunity also exists to engage in or lead strategic projects focused on the long-term success of Regal Rexnord and the Fulfillment Center network. Responsibilities
- Directs the daily activities within a department, ensuring all safety standards and policies are followed.
- Ensures the shipment of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality.
- Removes obstacles for frontline team members and liaises with key stakeholders to understand current and future shipment needs, developing plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Ensures effective communication channels with all business partners, including functional leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Builds strong relationships between Supply Chain and its customers to drive total cost productivity through operational excellence, standardization, and consolidation.
- Ensures products and services are delivered to the required quality, cost, and delivery performance levels.
- Focuses on continuous improvement of shipment processes while monitoring safety, speed, cost, and quality.
- Optimizes talent within the organizational structure, fostering an environment for individual and team growth and career development.
- Attracts, develops, and retains employees capable of sustaining leadership in customer service and delivery.
- Implements policies and procedures to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction goals for the facility.
- Proactively coordinates with various business divisions to ensure customer service expectations are met.
- Operates within budget, monitors cost and effectiveness of distribution activities, and optimizes resources.
- Provides supervision and guidance to your direct team.
- Coordinates all safety initiatives and programs (e.g., Safety Training, Safety Committee) for warehouse employees.
- Drives continuous improvement using tools such as Regal Business System (RBS) self-assessments, audit processes, Safety investigations, and Fulfillment Center KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG).
- Leads efforts to develop a culture of highly engaged business owners.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) as the team is bilingual.
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of warehouse, manufacturing, and/or logistics experience.
- Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies.
- Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to improve engagement with frontline team members.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights using Microsoft Suite and Power BI.
- Demonstrated success using a balance of data and experience to make sound decisions regarding resource utilization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Previous supervisory or equivalent people leadership experience.
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse environment, typically indoors but may require outdoor access. The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, seeing, hearing, talking, and using hands to handle controls or products. You will frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. The warehouse may be hot in the summer and cooler in the winter, and the position may require standing for long periods (up to 10 hours).
