Fulfillment Supervisor

About the role

Arctic Cat is a leader in the powersports industry, marketing Snowmobile, ATV, and SXS products through a network of independent dealers and distributors worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities within warehousing and lineside materials to meet production schedules efficiently and effectively.
• Review daily operations by checking safe working conditions, workmanship, productivity, attendance, and compliance to expectations.
• Report on established goals and metrics.
• Identify training gaps and provide training to develop a cross-trained team.
• Identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities by determining root cause and developing corrective action plans.
• Recommend workplace layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve material flow, reduce errors, and lower overall cost.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify process gaps and propose solutions for correction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 or more years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Pay

$54,000–$56,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and special skills.
