FT Framing Manager

About the role

Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.

Responsibilities

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
• Develop and coach the team to sell effectively.
• Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve and manage team KPIs and sales floor time for networking.
• Manage inventory and shrink programs as assigned.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interview, on-board, train, and support new Team members; participate in performance management activities.
• Collaborate with MODs daily on framing and other tasks.
• Interact positively with colleagues and customers, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring compliance with standards and budgets.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe working environment.
• Help customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes as needed.

Requirements

Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience preferred. Retail management experience and previous sales team leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch, stand for long periods, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
