About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.
Responsibilities
- Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
- Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
- Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload planning.
- Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs as assigned.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interview, onboard, coach, observe, and train new Team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities.
- Collaborate with MODs daily on framing and other tasks.
- Interact positively with colleagues and customers, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring compliance with standards and budget.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a safe work environment.
- Engage with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes as needed.
Requirements
Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience preferred. Retail management experience and previous leadership experience in a sales team are beneficial.
Qualifications
Ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Skills
Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.

Pay
$16.00 - $22.20 per hour.
Schedule
Nights, weekends, and early mornings are common work hours.
