About the role
This role is within the Front Office department at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino. Front Office colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role offers the opportunity to interact directly with guests and contribute to their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest payments and reservations
- Cross-train as a PBX operator
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
- Experience and thorough understanding of front-office operations
